The beach service offers the following beach rentals as well: surfboards, paddle boards, lessons, kayaks, boogie boards, Hobie cats, bicycles, parasail rides, banana boat rides.  

This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with WiFi conveniently located on the 2nd floor. It’s easy to take the stairs if you don’t want to wait on elevators. The building is directly on the beach, and is located on the main strip of PCB where all the action is. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. Because this building has a huge beach with 650 feet of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are always spacious enough to find a great spot to soak up the sun, making it simply paradise! You can relax on your private South-facing balcony, and watch the sunset over the Gulf! Our ideal location just a few miles from all the action at Pier Park is close enough to play with all the things PCB has to offer, yet far enough to get away when you want to.  

AND, if that weren’t enough, less than 5 miles away is the famous Pier Park, with more than 120 shopping, dining and entertainment choices.  Pier Park is a unique beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring a quaint island-look architecture, popular stores, and even an IMAX Theater. You should also check out Shipwreck Island water park and the activity packed Miracle Strip amusement park nearby!

From I-10, take FL-277 SOUTH for 14.2 miles. Then LEFT onto FL-79/S Main St. for 33.7 miles.  LEFT onto Panama City Beach Pkwy for 3.6 miles.  RIGHT onto Clara Ave. for 0.5 mile. LEFT onto Hutchinson Blvd. for 1.4 miles. RIGHT onto Richard Jackson Blvd. for 0.3 mile. Cross Front Beach Rd. , then RIGHT into the front gate.  Tower II is the last large building on the LEFT.

-Lessee and at least one guest must me over 25
-Weekly minimum seasons during Spring and Summer are Saturday to -Saturday rentals (some exceptions to fill vacant days may be allowed)
-Some holiday rates may be higher
*Guest must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 14 days prior to arrival and released 14 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
