The unit, A123, was all new in June 2009! It has two luxury master suites with private bathrooms complete with huge walk-in showers AND garden tubs, a children’s bunk room, as well as stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and tile floors throughout. This is the only property around with this level of amenities. It has 490′ of beach front, a spectacular split level courtyard with 3 pools, including one zero entry point, one wading pool with built in water toys, full length lap lanes, play areas for toddlers and children, barbecue gas grills, incredible LAY-Z River for floating in the sunshine while refreshing in the gently winding waterway, 2 hot tubs, a courtyard pavilion and an astounding 10′ waterfall reminiscent of a Caribbean rainforest oasis.**

We also have a fully equipped subterranean on-site fitness center peaks through adjacent to the waterfall area, so you have a nice view of the Gulf while getting in the best shape of your life. This property also has great activities. There is a seasonal kids’ club, poolside massage therapy, poolside food and drink, surfing lessons, sand sculpting classes, crafts, poolside movie nights, seasonal shuffleboard, etc., available onsite. We even have kayak and jetski rentals right on our beach! Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Our ideal location near Hwy98 on Okaloosa Island’s Santa Rosa Boulevard, means that you are a short walk from many fine restaurants and shops. Interior features include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 8′ deep balconies, floor to ceiling glass doors, breakfast bar, garden tubs in the two master bedrooms, and tile floors throughout.

This lovely 2 bedroom + bunk room, 2.5 bath condo with WiFi, is level with, and close to the parking garage as well as the pool deck. No stairs … total convenience! The building is directly on the beach, and is located on Okaloosa Island, which is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. There are no high rises in sight, as nothing over 7 stories is allowed on Okaloosa. Because this building has 400 feet of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are never crowded, making it simply paradise! Many people say that these are the most beautiful beaches that they have ever seen. You can relax on your private 1st floor balcony, and watch the sunrise over the East end of the island!  A new hotel is under construction one lot to the East toward the beach, to be completed in the Spring of 2017, but we still have a view of the island to the East, and a Peek-a-Boo view of the beach though the palms.  Need more units … ask us about our others.

From Interstate 10, take FL-85S to end. Turn left onto US-98 E/Miracle Strip Pkwy SE. Go over bridge onto Okaloosa Island, and turn right onto Santa Rosa Blvd. Waterscape is immediately on your left.

Beyond that point, it is usually a Board decision based on occupancy and/or the need to perform annual maintenance. Tubes are left out as long as the lay-z-river is operating.
