This lovely two bedroom condo with WiFi, directly on the beach, is located on Okaloosa Island, which is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. It is a corner unit, with windows facing the beach on two walls, making for a spectacular sunrise view. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. There are no high rises in sight, as nothing over 7 stories is allowed on Okaloosa. Because this building has a mere 24 units, and plenty of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are never crowded, making it simply paradise! Many people say that these are the most beautiful beaches that they have ever seen. Television, surveys and magazines rate the Emerald Coast among the top ten in the world for its beautifully colored waters and sand as white as snow. You can relax on your private East-end 2nd floor balcony, and watch the dolphins jumping less than 100 yards away! Need more units … ask us about our others.
– The elevator fails a lot, and should not be relied upon until replaced by 10/31/24.
– Exterior building maintenance will be performed 9/30/24-1/31/25. This may involve stucco replacement, metal scraping and grinding, painting, workers in the area, restricted views from the unit at times, foot traffic rerouting, noise, dust, etc. This inconvenience has already been factored into the posted prices with a reduction.

From Interstate 10, take FL-85S to end. Turn left onto US-98 E/Miracle Strip Pkwy SE. Go over bridge onto Okaloosa Island, and turn right onto Santa Rosa Blvd. Aqua Villa is about a half mile on your left, behind the other Tom Thumb.

*A second cleaning fee will be collected after booking for stays over 2 weeks, and for checkouts on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
**Guest must submit a $250 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 12 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. Lessee and at least one guest must me over 18, however, if under 25 there will be an additional $1000 refundable damage deposit required.
